Most Sugary Dessert Creation Ever?

There's this girl who does a weekly column on Serious Eats (one of my favorite web sites) that focuses on a dessert creation she's come up with. This week's submission is... well... fascinating and disgusting! It's such a sugar bomb, such a conglomeration of artery-clogging decadence that I had to share it with you all. Behold, the Cadbury Creme Eggs Benedict. I mean, I loved Cadbury Creme Eggs (back when I could eat them without threat of blood sugar revolt), and the component parts are solid, but combining them all together in one dessert? I have to think the recipe creator wasn't really serious... right?? Anyway, enjoy the fat/calorie/sugar fest!
